This policy explains what personal information Veyora Food Products Private Limited collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it.
We collect only what we need to fulfil an order or answer a question.
We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and only to that extent.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart between visits, remember your preferences and understand site usage. Your cart is stored in your own browser and is not transmitted to us until you check out.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will empty your saved cart.
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. Marketing subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within twenty-four months.
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we no longer need, or stop sending you marketing.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
A grievance officer is being appointed under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Their name and contact details will be published here once appointed.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be notified by email to subscribers.
