These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you agree to them. The seller is Veyora Food Products Private Limited, FSSAI Registration No. 23326007002528.
Veyora Food Products Private Limited is registered as a retailer and wholesaler under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Our products are produced by FSSAI-licensed manufacturing partners, whose name, address and licence number appear on each pack alongside ours.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. We deliver within India only.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Ingredients, nutrition values and allergen declarations shown on this site are taken from the specification for the product at the time of publication.
Nutrition values are indicative and may vary between batches within the tolerances permitted by the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020. The declaration printed on the pack you receive governs.
Product photographs are for illustration. Pack artwork may change without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch, not when you complete payment.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or product description was published in error, if delivery is not available to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. The maximum retail price shown is the price printed on the pack.
Delivery is free on orders of ₹599 and above; below that a charge of ₹59 applies. Cash on Delivery carries a handling fee of ₹30.
Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
Coupon codes are valid for the period and on the terms stated at the time of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but not for an order already placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the courier serving your pincode. Our Shipping Policy sets out the detail.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the outer packaging on arrival and raise any damage within 48 hours.
Because these are food products, returns are limited to sealed packs that arrive damaged, incorrect or past their best-before date. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out what is covered and how to raise a claim.
The Veyora name, logo, pack artwork, photography and site content belong to Veyora Food Products Private Limited and may not be used without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including our obligations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
